Meet Amanda Palmer, a true maverick in the music industry. The Guardian describes her as a performer that “rampages through glam rock, 1980s pop and Weimar cabaret”. She will be exploding on the Spiegeltent stage for ten nights out of the festival. A pioneer of punk cabaret, as one half of The Dresden Dolls and in her own right, Palmer makes a special solo show just for Sydney Festival. Fresh from a world tour supporting her critically acclaimed album, Theatre Is Evil, this intimate Spiegeltent concert experience brings introduce visitors music that will blow their minds.
Artistic performers LIMBO will show its dirty and dangerous circus cabaret with jaw-dropping contortion, gut-churning aerial acrobatics, nail-biting stunts and staggering illusions.
