Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island

Looking for a lush spot where to spend an unforgettable exotic vacation? Let us suggest a destination: the Necker Island owned by Sir Richard Branson. You can rent the 74-acre private island for $53,000 per night, and you can invite 28 of your friends to share the fun with you.

One immense residence, suggestively called the Great House, and six more private Balinese Houses offer luxe accommodation and lovely views of the surroundings. The Great House is situated high on a hill, so you can imagine how amazing the views are from here. There are eight bedrooms inside the mansion: six double bedrooms, a Master Suite and a Junior Suite.

The double bedrooms all feature en-suite baths, king-size beds and private balconies. The Master Suite is located on the upper floor and boasts an outdoor Jacuzzi and bath, and also a home entertainment system. On the main level you will find the Junior suite with its deluxe amenities. There’s also an infinity pool, a fully stocked bar and a kitchen (equipped with only state-of-the art appliances) in the mansion.

Three of the six Balinese Houses are located in the middle of the island and share a large swimming pool (the Bali Buah, the Bali Lo and the Bali Kukila), while the other three are situated on a cliff (the Bali Cliff, the Bali Hi and the Bali Beach).

On the island you can choose to just lay back and unwind, or get active and engage in all kinds of activities, because the choices are numerous. Sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, waterskiing, powerboat trips, kayaking, and even a three-person aero submarine are all available for all the island’s guests. If you prefer to feel the ground beneath your feet when you exercise, then you can play some tennis, billiards or darts. Pampering and relaxation options include a fully-equipped gym with air conditioning and the Bali Leha Spa.
